Allergies and skin diseases are very common in dogs and you will have to be very alert about it and treat the dog quickly. Another disease that is very common among dogs is cataract. Cataract means breaking down or disruption of usual arrangement of lens fibers or capsule. It results in loss of transparency and consequent loss of vision. It can be genetic or acquired. White, bluish, gray or color alteration in the eye is the symptom of cataract. Surgery is the only way out in such cases.
